Actuate AI Video Monitoring

Please Note that for Actuate AI to work reliably we require the following minimum settings on Camera / System.

Video Recording / Encoding must be configured for H.264 Encoding. H.265 is not fully supported and can cause viewing issues.
Camera Resolution must be a minimum of 640 x 480 for all Analytics’ with the exception of Gun Detection which requires a minimum of 1280 x 720
Camera Frame Rate must exceed 5 fps
Camera Aspect Ratio of 4:3
Please add “monitoring@monitoringstation.co.nz” as a Power User
