Please Note that Provision NVR must be setup and configured with the below attributes for us to correctly monitor:

Video Recording – A Record Schedule must be enabled and configured for each camera. We recommend the Recording mode be set to “Always (24×7) Record + Motion + Sensor
Alarm Events from the Provision NVR will only be reported when NVR is Armed. This can be achieved via Schedule or linking to an Alarm System. We strongly
recomend that Alarm Events are carefully considered as an analytic like Motion Detection is un-reliable and will cause false alerts.
Provision P2P uses NAT 2.0 (c2020.provisionisr-cloud.com)
