If you have created an account in the Monitoring Station mobile application, published on Google Play by New Zealand Computing Solutions, you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data using the form below.

When your account deletion request is processed:

• Your user account will be permanently deleted.

• Associated personal data (such as name, email address, phone number, and monitoring records) will be removed from our active systems.

• Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 business days.
