Jade
Call Centre Manager
Say hello to Jade, our Call Centre Manager and so much more! Joining the Alarm Watch team in 2013, she zoomed through the ranks, landing as the queen bee of our entire monitoring station. While acing her role, she also snagged a bachelor’s in Human Resources – talk about multitasking! Not just stopping there, Jade champions our customer happiness, ensures we’re all safe and sound leading our health and safety, and keeps us in check with ISO compliance. Appreciated by clients and technicians alike, she’s known for always going that extra mile.
Damien
General Manager
Meet Damien, our incredibly seasoned General Manager even though he’s a fresh face at Alarm Watch, having joined us in 2022. His journey in the security industry, spanning nearly 30 years, began as a fire tech, weaving through monitoring roles at Armourguard, management stints at Chubb and Signature, and a decade in wholesaling at National Fire & Security. Not stopping there, he wielded his toolkit as an alarm technician and showcased his expertise as a technical manager at Simply Security. His vast experience, touching every corner of our industry, makes him a stellar GM, expertly supporting our bureaus and team with a wealth of knowledge!
Wade
CEO
Meet Wade, our handsome leader and CEO! He first joined the Alarm Watch family back in 2004 as an overnight operator. After a study break in Wellington, he came back and climbed the ladder to become not only our CEO but also a proud shareholder. Wade’s not just passionate about Alarm Watch; he genuinely cares about our bureaus, technicians, customers, and team. He’s not just a boss; he’s part of our family, always ensuring everything ticks along smoothly!
Graeme
Technical Manager
Graeme started installing alarms in 1983 for the Post Office (remember them?) before moving to Electroguard in 1990, since then planning and implementing two monitoring stations – along with all the technical requirements of both! Graeme is often referred to as our Guru for his unparalleled technical knowledge and his willingness to help deal with any situation he can, always answering the phone in the same kind, and reliable, manner, be it 3am or 3pm!
Kim
Accounts Manager
Kim has been with Alarm Watch for over 12 years and managing our accounts for over 9. She is kept busy by organizing our local technician team, as well as being the go-to person for everything and anything charges, billing, or invoice related. Kim is also known as the face of Alarm Watch, being one of the few employees not working in the Monitoring Station itself. When not at home she is kept busy with 4 young children.
Connor
Data Manager
If it involves data & information, Connor is our go-to guy. Not only is he our Data Manager – he is also kept busy by being our electronic ‘Front-of-House’, responding to customer queries via email, being the friendly face behind our live chat option on our website, as well as supporting our other managers and operators. Connor has been with us for over 8 years now and has a real eye for detail and is constantly going out of his way to improve our system and to help our clients.
Joshia
Training Manager
Joshia is often the first face new employees see, being our training manager and a critical player in the recruitment and hiring process. When not teaching new employees about the wonderful world of Alarm Watch, Joshia also runs training refresher and procedure update courses for current employees – which is vital in a constantly changing and growing security profession. Joshia is ideal for this role as her customer service skills and overall technical know-how are second only to our Technical Manager, Graeme.
George
Technology Manager
Meet George, your go-to guy for all things tech at Alarm Watch! Joining the team in 2014 as a night operator and later becoming the night shift manager, he’s always been on hand to ensure things run smoothly. While he may not craft our smartphone apps and web portal response software, he’s the hero who helps our operators and customers navigate through them with ease. With his wealth of monitoring experience, George is a true ally in helping everyone get the best from our technology!

This fantastic and well experienced team are responsible for the monitoring operators, and there is always one or more working at any given time. They are constantly striving for nothing but the best and this is often represented well in the overall morale of our dedicated monitoring team. If you ever have a question, never hesitate to ask for the Shift Manager – they are always more than willing to help, whatever the situation.
