- Video Recording – A Record Schedule must be enabled and configured for each camera.
- Connection to Hikvision NVR requires that Site is connected via Hikvision Partner Pro Platform and that site collaboration is enabled to monitoring@monitoringstation.co.nz with Full Permissions (Remote Maintenance, Live View & Playback) – See Below
- Sites with Large numbers of cameras are difficult for us to connect to, we strongly recommend that cameras are limited to 16 or less.
- NVR Connection is limited by clients bandwidth and Internet connection.
Stream Keys / Encryption must be disabled for Alarm Watch to be able to view cameras
