Please Note that Permaconn Video IQ Must be setup in accordance with the Permaconn Video IQ Recommended settings to ensure reliable operation. Please ensure you have read the instructions and settings’ required in the latest Video IQ Setup & Configuration Manual.
Video Recording / Encoding must be configured for H.264 Encoding. H.265 is not fully supported and can cause viewing issues.
Cameras must be set for Continuous Record. If a camera is not recoding or there is not footage available when the alarm activates then the operators will receive a “Capture Failed” alert.
